: Somebody travelling to Saudi has bought me a Samsung Galaxy S4 Phone, when I have inserted my SIM card in it, it is asking for "Sim network Unlock Pin"
However phone was not procured through any network career, it was fully paid, with bill and box everything...
I have tried Googling and 100s of fraud sites come up tried selling me some that code.
I wanted to know:
1. why it is asking for code
2. how to get it

Thanks in anticipation.

Sometimes the phone comes network locked and you can unlock it using any trustworthy vendor.I will suggest a unlocker through whom I dealt...I suggest Thenlockspot.com where you can get the permanent unlock code for your Samsung Galaxy S4.

: Many network providers lock phones to their network and sell them at low cost. When users buy such phones they need to stay with that network till the contract ends. In this way the network provider increases their potential. Incase a user needs to unlock their phone in the middle of contract they can request their respective network provider. If they deny there are many online unlocking vendors like Mobileunlocksolutions.com who provide permanent unlock through their remote unlocking service.
